The Russian State Institution "Department of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kostanay region" conducts selective statistical observation of households to study the standard of living of the population. The choice of your family as a participant in the observations is completely random. Households were selected mathematically, randomly from the Statistical Register of Housing Stock, which contains all buildings with street names and house numbers. More than 40 thousand people from 12 thousand randomly selected families in all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan participate in this survey. The surveyed families are paid a monetary remuneration in the amount of four calculated indicators (minus mandatory taxes, contributions and other payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), on the basis of the concluded contract for the provision of paid services.
