Methodology for Calculation
The total mortality rate of children before the age of 5 is determined by the ratio of the number of deaths by month to the total population at the time of calculation, multiplied by 1000
Source of the Indicator
To generate current data on mortality statistics, data sources such as administrative data provided by administrative sources, in particular, from civil registration authorities and NAO State Corporation Government for Citizens, conducted outside the statistical work plan, are used.
