"This indicator reflects the total number of functioning general secondary education organizations (primary, basic secondary and general secondary levels) operating in a specific territory during the reporting period, regardless of their form of ownership and departmental affiliation. Number of students enrolled in general education schools under primary, basic secondary and general secondary education programmes as of the reporting date. "
