Definition of the Indicator
The indicator is defined as the percentage ratio of the volume of generation and consumption of electric energy by subjects of the wholesale electricity market.
Methodology for Calculation
Based on the data received from the subjects of the wholesale electricity market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KEGOC determines the volume of electricity generation and consumption by the subjects of the wholesale electricity market and sends it to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The indicator is defined as the percentage ratio of the volume of electricity generation by subjects of the wholesale electricity market and the volume of electricity consumption by subjects of the wholesale electricity market. If the ratio is 100 percent or more, the indicator is set to 100 percent.
