To date, the Bureau is doing a lot of work to improve the data-literacy of both its employees and the general public.
In order to develop human resources in the field of statistics, as well as to popularize the use of statistical data, work is underway to strengthen the educational programs of higher education institutions by involving Bureau employees in teaching activities. As part of this work, memorandums of interaction with higher education institutions (Kazakhstan branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Employees of the Bureau conduct guest lectures, and also participate in the development of educational programs of higher education institutions.
In addition, the Bureau has developed a universal module on statistical methodology and analysis of statistical indicators to include this module in the training programs of higher education institutions.
So, on February 7 of this year, the first lecture was held as part of the module "Methodology and analysis of statistical indicators" in the Kazakhstan branch of Moscow State University named after M.V.
