The average value of nominal wages in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the IV quarter of 2024 amounted to 434982 tenge. The growth by the corresponding quarter of 2023 was 10.5%, in real terms, the increase – by 1.8%. The median value of wages (the central level of the salary range) was estimated in the IV quarter of 2024, amounted to 308717 tenge.

Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2023 the largest increase in average monthly wages was recorded in information and communication – by 32.8%, art, agriculture, forestry and fisheries – by 22.7%, real estate operations – by 20.3%. In health and social services the average monthly wage increased – by 7.6%, in education– by 5%.
