To improve the quality of services and user satisfaction, an analytical chatbot for the Statistical Business Register, powered by artificial intelligence, has been launched in test mode in the User Account section of the Bureau of National Statistics website.

The new service is designed to make it easier for users to work with data and to provide timely analytical information in an interactive format.

The main data source for the analytical chatbot is the Statistical Business Register Information System (SBR IS). The SBR IS contains information on legal entities registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their branches, branches of foreign legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs.

Through the chatbot, users can access information from the SBR IS that is classified as non-confidential in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Statistics.”

The analytical chatbot enables users to obtain the information they need in a convenient format through conversational interaction. During the testing phase, the service is being evaluated in terms of its functionality, ease of use, and the quality of the responses provided.

The launch of the chatbot is part of the implementation of the Concept for the Development of State Statistics and the National Data Ecosystem.
