In January-December 2023 the mutual trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with EAEU countries amounted to 28517.8 million US dollars, which in nominal terms is 2.8% less than in January-November 2022.
In January-December 2023 export of goods amounted to 11054.1 million US dollars (increased on 9.5%), import – 17463.7 million US dollars (decreased on 9.3%).
In general volume of external trade turnover of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the countries of the EAEU falls to the Russian Federation – 91.1%, then follows the Kyrgyz Republic – 5.5%, the Republic of Belarus – 3.2%, the Republic of Armenia – 0.2%.

The largest share in exports with the EAEU countries is occupied by products of the chemical and related industries – 26,4%, followed by machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools – 25.5%.
The structure of imports from the EAEU countries is dominated by metals and articles of them – 19.4%, followed by machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools– 19.3%.
