Maksat Turlubayev appointed Head of the Bureau of National Statistics
By the order of the Head of State, Maksat Turlubayev was appointed as the Head of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Maksat Kairatovich Turlubaev was born in 1987. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP), and his Master's degree in Public Administration from the Seoul National University.

He started his career in 2008 as an expert of the Department of Investment Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2016 – Chief Expert, Head of the Department of State Commitment Management Policy and Financial Sector Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2016-2020 – Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Pavlodar region.

In 2020-2021 – Head of the Finance Department of Pavlodar region.

In 2021-2022 he held the position of Inspector of the Secretariat of the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since July 2022, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Bureau of National Statistics.

Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. He was awarded the medal "Eren enbegi ushin".
