What databases can be obtained in a de-identified form?
Data obtained or recorded on statistical forms can be obtained in a de-identified form.
How to get database in de-identified form?
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics", it is allowed to present and use databases in deidentified form in scientific and scientific-technical activities in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body, in coordination with the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the "Rules for the presentation of databases in deidentified form for use in scientific and scientific-technical activities".
The application is formed and submitted through the "
User's Account", certified by an electronic digital signature with the following documents attached:

an official letter from the organization indicating the details of the researcher (surname, first name, patronymic (if any), the number of the researcher's identity document);

a copy of the researcher's identity document;

application for obtaining databases in de-identified form for use in scientific and scientific-technical activities (Appendix 1);

the recipient's obligation not to disclose and restrict the transfer of the database to third parties in a de-identified form (Appendix 2);

a copy of the document confirming that the organization has a permit to carry out scientific and scientific-technical activities (a state license and an appendix to the license for the right to conduct educational activities or an accreditation certificate; a letter of recommendation from Kazakhstani scientists and a certificate of identification in international databases).
Upon completion of the work, researchers must provide the result of the study for posting on the Bureau's Internet resource
