    The largest volume of services in the main type and in the secondary type of activity was formed due to the activities of hospital organizations, they provided services in the amount of 432,165.9 million tenge (51.8%). Organizations engaged in general medical practice provided services in the amount of 151,979.2 million tenge (18.2%) and organizations engaged in other activities in the field of healthcare - in the amount of 135,502.5 million tenge (16.2%).

    The smallest volumes of services in the main type and in the secondary type of activity were provided by organizations engaged in special medical practice - in the amount of 45363.3 million rubles. tenge (5.4%), organizations engaged in dental activities - in the amount of 32437.8 million. tenge (3.9%), organizations providing social services with accommodation - in the amount of 29082.4 million. tenge (3.5%) and organizations providing social services without accommodation - in the amount of 7807.8 million. tenge (0.9%).

    According to the results of the IV quarter of 2022, 64.1% of the volume of services rendered in the main type of activity and in the secondary type of activity were provided by state-owned organizations, 33.6% - by private property organizations and 2.2% - by foreign-owned organizations.

    In the reporting period, the volume of services rendered for the main type and for the secondary type of activity provided by large enterprises amounted to 516,793.1 million rubles. tenge (61.9%), small businesses - 196086.8 million. tenge (23.5%) and medium-sized enterprises - 121459 million. tenge (14.6%).

    The volume of services rendered in the field of health care and the provision of social services in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the volume of services performed at the expense of budgetary funds and enterprise funds, is reflected without value added tax.

    The volume of services paid by the population is indicated in the amount of the amounts actually paid (ie, including VAT).
