In the I quarter of 2026, the volume of services rendered by the main activity of health care and social service organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to 905078.3 million tenge, of which 48.6% - at the expense of NJSC SHIF, 22.4% at the expense of the budget, 20.7% - at the expense of funds received from the population, 8.3% - at the expense of enterprises.

450 130.4 million

The largest volume of services in the main type of activity was formed due to the activities of hospital organizations, they provided services in the amount of 450130.4 million tenge (49.7%). Organizations engaged in general medical practice provided services in the amount of 161601.1 million tenge (17.9%), organizations engaged in other activities for the protection of people's health provided services in the amount of 142370.7 million tenge (15.7%).

52 271.2 million

The smallest volumes of services in the main type of activity were provided by organizations engaged in dental activities - in the amount of 52271.2 million tenge (5.8%), organizations engaged in special medical practice - in the amount of 50475.4 million tenge (5.6%), organizations providing social services with accommodation - in the amount of 34334.5 million tenge (3.8%) and organizations providing social services without providing accommodation - in the amount of 13894.7 million tenge (1.5%).

60.9%

According to the results of the I quarter of 2026, 60.9% of the volume of services rendered in the main type of activity was provided by state-owned organizations, 35.9% - by private property organizations and 3.2% - by foreign-owned organizations.

In the reporting period, the volume of services in the main type of activity provided by large enterprises amounted to 522590.1 million tenge (57.7%), by small enterprises 233302.2 million tenge (25.8%) and by medium-sized enterprises –149185.8 million tenge (16.5%).

Principal activity - a type of activity, the added value of which exceeds the added value of any other type of activity carried out by an economic entity.
