The average 2023 year monthly consumption of certain types of food per capita was: potatoes – 3.7 kg, wheat bread from flour of the 1st grade – 2.4 kg, beef – 2.1 kg, apples – 1.6 kg, granulated sugar – 1.5 kg, rice- 1,3 kg, raw milk – 1,1 l, kefir – 1 l, eggs – 16,8 pieces, macaroni - 0,9 kg, fresh or chilled fish -0,8 kg, black tea – 0,1 kg.

Per capita consumption of main foodstuff is - a number of foods (particularly by every type of foods) averagely consumed by a household member during a surveyed period. It is calculated by dividing the consumption of the specific type of foods into existing household members. Consumption of larger aggregates is recalculated on the base of the primary product aggregates.
